Home Information Packs

HIPS are now a legal part of the house selling process and you need to ensure that the HIP you commission and the documents contained in that HIP are going to be accurate and acceptable to your solicitor.

Unfortunately there are a few HIP providers who are cutting corners as prices continue to be pushed down in the industry. With a reduction in price, comes reduction of profit and the huge temptation to release HIPs without checking them or to employ staff without adequately training them.

So it is not always best to go for the cheapest option! Cheap is NOT always cheerful!

Visit www.c-hips.co.uk to see what HIP prices are and take it from me, they are fast and efficient and never release a HIP without checking it!
